"A Plan Is Forming."

Yippee!!! I've devised a nice little format for this blog. Slowly but surely everything is falling into place. So, I've mentioned before that
on every third post I'd update the blog in a micro-blog fashion using the bullet mode. That's worked out just fine, I think it was a perfect addition. I think it creates a nice bit of structure and consistency. It really shakes things up and offers an alternative to my long rambling posts. I imagine the "Third" posts to be a back-log of all the Twitter & Pownce updates I never got around to posting in the last couple of days... I gotta vent somewhere don't I? :P

I only ran into a problem when I was trying to figure out what I should post about during the other days. So then I came up with the idea of putting up some sort of features. Now I have posts focused strictly on my artwork, movie reviews, etc. But I also wanted to reserve some space for random posts that were much too random to include within a "feature" and yet much too lenghty to include in a "Third" post. So I was having, what you might call, a scheduling issue. I wasn't sure how often I should I should post features, and how often I should post random updates. Now, I think I've come up with a perfect solution.

So, starting today (well actually a few days ago :P ) I've decided to pair features with other features and random posts with other clumps of randomness. Obviously this post in pretty random. So tomorrow it'll be followed up by another random post. Next will come a Third post, then a pair of feature posts, followed up by another Third and a couple of random posts and so on.

I'm very happy about this little decision. Adhering to a set schedule makes this blog seem more structured and orderly. And in the immortal words of Martha Stewart, "...that's a good thing." :P ;)

DS333, planning.

p.s. Can you guess what the inspiration for this post's title was? Now how could you ever forget that outstanding delivery by Danny DeVito as The Penguin in Tim Burton's "Batman Returns" (1992)? :P ;)
